Due to the delicate nature of our minimalist designs, order processing takes 3-5 business days (5-7 business days during peak seasons). Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. After this period, your order enters our production queue and cannot be canceled, though our generous return policy provides flexibility.
We take pride in our handcrafted lighting solutions. You may return undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery (extended timeframe to accommodate international shipping). For exchanges, we allow 45 days to account for potential transit delays with fragile items. Initiate returns through www.popmode.shop and select your preferred resolution. Note: Customized lighting fixtures and clearance items marked "Final Sale" are excluded.
To maintain our high standards, returns must: (1) Show no signs of installation, fingerprints, or packaging damage (2) Include all original protective materials and Popmode-branded boxes (3) Contain all components and accessories. Our quality team performs thorough inspections upon receipt. Items failing inspection will be returned to you within 14 business days with a detailed condition report.
Refunds require 10-14 business days after we receive your return—this extended period ensures proper evaluation of delicate lighting components. The refund amount excludes original shipping fees and return shipping charges. For credit card/PayPal payments, additional 3-5 banking days may apply before funds appear in your account.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error (wrong/damaged item). We strongly recommend insured, tracked shipping with adequate padding—Popmode isn't liable for return shipments damaged in transit. For exchanges over $500, we provide prepaid specialty shipping labels (deducted from your refund if unused).
